Dining at Casa Veranda’s Al Fresco Restaurant is shaped as much by its surroundings as by the cuisine itself. Decorated with handcrafted ceramic plates and botanical illustrations, the veranda opens onto the courtyard, creating an intimate setting for meals throughout the day.
The kitchen celebrates the culinary traditions of Morocco and the Mediterranean, where fresh herbs, aromatic spices, and seasonal ingredients come together in dishes that feel vibrant, comforting, and well-balanced.
Breakfast is served daily and included for in-house guests, while the all-day dining menu invites guests to curate their own meal from salads, soups, main dishes, and sides. House-made desserts such as traditional Spanish natillas and carrot torrija provide a sweet finishing touch.
